The Process
What a Therapy Session Looks Like
A typical session lasts 50 minutes and takes place in a quiet, confidential setting where you are the priority. We begin by checking in on your current state and reviewing any reflections since our last meeting.
Our dialogue is collaborative. While we explore deep-seated patterns and modern transitions, you define the pace. We combine empathetic listening with evidence-based insights to help you build lasting resilience and self-mastery.
MEET THE THERAPIST

My work combines counselling, health psychology, and psychoeducation to help people better understand themselves and create lasting change. All sessions are offered online, so you can access support from wherever you are.

My Journey to Psychology
My fascination with psychology began from a deep-rooted curiosity about the human mind and a genuine desire to understand people’s experiences more fully. Over time, this interest grew into a commitment to supporting others through life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. I am especially interested in understanding the experience of living with long-term conditions and the emotional, practical, and identity-related challenges that can come with them. My work also values resilience building — helping people recognise their strengths, develop helpful coping tools, and find ways to move through difficulties with greater confidence and self-understanding. In my view, health psychology also includes an awareness of consumption psychology, particularly in a world that often tells us that more is always better. I believe it is important to explore how these messages shape our wellbeing, habits, expectations, and sense of self.
